The 65th Annual Golden Globes
The 65th Annual Golden Globes ceremony, put on by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, will be held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday, January 13, 2008. Nominations in categories for Film & Television were announced on December 13, 2007. The event will be broadcast live on NBC at 8 PM EST.
The 50th Annual Grammy Awards
The 50th Annual Grammy nominations were announced on December 6th, 2007, and the ceremony will take place February 10, 2008 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The ceremony will be broadcast live on CBS at 8 PM ET/PT.
The 79th Annual Academy Awards
The 79th Annual Academy Awards, presented by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences (AMPAS), were held at the Kodak Theater on February 25, 2007 and hosted by comedienne Ellen DeGeneres. 2008 nominations will be announced on January 22, 2008 and the 80th Annual Academy Awards will be hosted by Jon Stewart on Sunday, February 24, 2008 at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles.
The 13th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards
The Screen Actors Guild Awards® is one of the industry's most prized honors. Exclusively honoring performers, it presents 13 awards for acting in film and television, to both individuals & entire ensembles. The13th Annual Awards aired on TNT and TBS on Sunday, January 28, 2007. 2008 nominations will be announced on December 20, 2007 and the 14th Annual SAG Awards will take place on Sunday, January 27, 2008 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
